Hamborner Reit has acquired the DOMI commercial building in the center of Dortmund. The property is located on Ostenhellweg, one of the city‘s main shopping streets. The purchase price amounts to €30.9m. The property has a rental area of around 9,200 sqm with its main tenants being TK Maxx, Das Depot, O2 and a large dialysis center. The weighted average term of the leases is around seven years. With annual rental income of around €1.6m, the gross initial yield amounts to 5.1 percent. The transaction was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle Düsseldorf.
