Chicago-based mortgage servicer, Fay Servicing, has announced it will open a Southeastern regional headquarters in Tampa. The firm will take 16,000 sqf of office space at 8001 Woodland Center Blvd. and plans to create over 100 jobs with an average salary of $55,130 per year. The company specializing in distressed and at-risk residential loans. Fay becomes the latest professional services and finance-related company to announce plans to move to Hillsborough County. USAA, BeniComp Insurance Co., TransferWise, Gateway One Lending and Finance, and Willis Towers Watson have chosen the area all within the last 12 months.
