Olshan Properties has announced that Kenneth J. Marshall has joined the firm as Head of Retail. Based in the Columbus office, Marshall will report directly to CEO Andrea Olshan working as a member of her executive team with responsibility for all retail assets. In this newly created role, Marshall will focus on growing the Olshan’s diversified 10 million square foot retail portfolio through strategic acquisitions, as well as overseeing management of the portfolio’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Olshan, Marshall worked for retail REIT WP Glimcher where he served as Vice President of Development overseeing retail and office development projects for the company. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Colonial Properties Trust. Marshall holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with supplemental study in real estate.
