Ivanhoé Cambridge is selling the Xanadú de Arroyomolinos shopping center in Madrid. Opened in 2003, Xanadú is one of the largest five shopping centers in Spain, with a gross leasable area of 152,000 sqm. Anchor tenants include Inditex group, H&M, Apple and Primark. Ivanhoé Cambridge acquired the property in 2007 for €770m.The Candanian company hopes to close the deal during the first half of 2017.
