Neinver entered the Czech market by taking over an outlet project known as Galleria Moda, just outside Prague. In partnership with the current owner, The Prague Outlet, the developer plans to redesign the complex that currently stands vacant near the Prague airport since its completion by an Italian investor in 2008 and rebrand it as Prague The Style Outlets. The JV is being financed by PPF Bank. Neinver will manage and lease the center. The second outlet center in Prague (next to Fashion Arena Outlet Center in Prague Štěrboholy) will be completed in two phases, with the first to open in October 2017, offering 100 shops on 20,000 sqm. The second stage should follow in four years, adding an additional 10,000 sqm. Neinver operates outlet centers across eight countries in Europe.
