National home builder Toll Bros. has closed on the purchase of 133 acres in Hacienda Lakes for a master-planned community off Collier Boulevard. Located south of Naples, the plans call for a gated community of 419 residences along with a private resort-style clubhouse for residents. The project, Azure at Hacienda Lakes has been cleared and earthworks are in progress in preparation for the installation of utilities. The project is scheduled to open in early 2017. The 2,262-acre development that is designed for up to 1,760 homes, along with 327,000 sqf of retail space, 70,000 sqf of professional and medical offices along with a 135-room hotel and office space. A public school is also planned.
