TA Realty has announced that commercial real estate professional Sean Ruhmann will join the firm as Partner and Portfolio Manager. In this new role, Ruhmann will be based in Boston and work collaboratively with the firm’s investment professionals to grow the business, advance its investment strategies and actively participate on several governance committees. Prior to joining TA Realty, Ruhmann was a partner and director of private markets research at investment consulting firm NEPC and was a vice president in the real estate investment banking group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ruhmann earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2003, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1998, and a B.S. in Engineering from Trinity College in 1996.
