NEPI becomes sole owner of Mega Mall

17 August 2016

NEPI has become the sole owner of Mega Mall in Bucharest after gaining approval from Romania’s Competition Council. The South African developer announced it was taking over the 30-percent stake owned by the Austrian company Real4You in June.

The news follows NEPI’s recent takeover of Shopping City Sibiu from Argo Group. Mega Mall offers 75,500 sqm of leasable space.
