Intimissimi signed a lease on 130 sqm of prime retail space along Prague’s shopping high street at Na Příkopě 25. The property, along with Na Příkopě 23 and 27, was recently purchased by the French pension fund ERAFP for €80m from the Austrian investor Wolfgang Müller. Intimissimi signed the contract during the sales negotiations. The lease was brokered by Max Immo. The Italian lingerie retailer, part of Calzedonia Group, joins Tommy Hilfiger, Tezenis and Salamander, which already occupy retail space in the three-building asset.
