George Trabelssie is planning to connect a former Tesco building to the Mirage shopping center he operates at Hlinkovo square in the center of Žilina. He bought the building from Tesco at the beginning of 2016 and intends to add 10,000 sqm of retail space to the six-year-old Mirage, bringing its total area to 35,000 sqm. The extension is expected to cost between €10m and €11m. Trabelssie hopes to be able to start construction in spring 2018.
