DTZ Echinox was named exclusive leasing agent for the Festival shopping center, set to go up in downtown Sibiu, on the former Simerom factory site, near Podul Garii.
The Primavera Development scheme, scheduled to open in the second half of 2018, will offer approximately 44,000 sqm of leasable space in 160 units. Festival, designed by Chapman Taylor architects, will be anchored by a hypermarket and offer a mix of fashion and leisure components, including a cinema. Costs are estimated at €70m.
