Mendeville, La.-based PMAT Gateway LLC., has acquired a part of a Walmart anchored supercenter in Kissimmee. The company picked up the remaining 90,934 sqf of the North Gateway Commons shopping center with the exception of the Walmart. The $10.65 million deal also includes an adjacent vacant lot at 1307 E. Osceola Pkwy. The seller was Owens Cross Roads, Ala.-based P&N Kissimmee I LLC., an affiliate of Altamonte Springs-based property management firm Quest Co.
