Moshe Turgeman and Tomer Barhom, owners of Stardust Investments, are building a retail project in Bucharest’s Popesti-Leordeni neighborhood. The project, which already has a functional Mega Image hypermarket, will offer 30 retail units and 150 parking spaces on 2,500 sqm. Turgeman and Barhom are investing €10m in the scheme. Completion is set for the end of this year.
“With a growing population and more than 15,000 new homes to be developed in the coming years and no shopping center in the area, Popesti Leordeni is the perfect location for a project of this kind,” Turgeman and Barhom said in a statement.
