Saller added two more retail parks in Jarocin and Gryfice to its Polish portfolio. This is the third acquisition for the German group in the past few months, following the takeover of the Białogard retail scheme. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. In addition to the retail parks, Saller also acquired the Biedronka store in the town of Jarocin.
The group said the transactions are a step towards a wide-scale expansion on the Polish market. “We plan to expand further within the country, thus we encourage investors and developers to go on board with us,” said Josef Saller, owner of the Saller group.
