D1 Expo Business Center has opened in Senec. Originally envisioned as an outlet mall, the project will now host Slovak and Chinese companies who will use the space as showrooms. The Slovak daily Hospodárske noviny writes that for now, only ten companies are currently using the space, including Protetika, Víno Nitra, Weled-U Group, Riedell Skates and Yitoa. The development is intended to provide a venue for companies interested in doing trade with Chinese partners to display their goods and to negotiate deals. Ivan Čarnogurský, director of IPEC Group said that contracts have been signed with 30 companies.
