Plaza Centers has offloaded an investment land in the city of Łódź for €2.4m to an undisclosed investor. Totaling 20,700 sqm of space, the property is located in the central part of the city and it is a part of a 33,000 sqm site that Plaza has been selling off in pieces through a series of transactions since 2015. To date, it has raised €12.5m for the company. Plaza said it still has 45,000 sqm of land available for buyers. The deal is part of an ongoing process of offloading its non-core assets.
