CBRE was named property manager of Immofinanz’s Romanian shopping center portfolio, which includes Polus Center in Cluj, Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta, Gold Plaza in Baia Mare and Pitesti Mall. The centers have a total leasable area of 147,824 sqm.
The move is in line with Immofinanz’s retail growth strategy across the CEE region, said Nicolas Fernandez de Retana, head of retail, expansion and leasing at Immofinanz.
