The value of real estate investment funds amounted to €10.8bn in April, a 1.1 percent fall from March, according to the Portuguese Association of Investment Funds, Pensions and Wealth (APFIPP). It claims that there’s been a 3 percent decrease in the value of properties held by funds since the beginning of the year and that the value is currently €10.828bn.
