The Polish developer GTC has selected JLL and Cushman & Wakefield to lease and market its 234,000 sqm Polish retail portfolio, comprised of seven shopping centers. The company said that leasing of Galeria Północna, Galeria Wilanów and Galeria Jurajska remains a key priority at this point.
GTC has developed twelve retail centers to date, totaling more than 1m sqm, including its Polish flagship projects like Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw, Galeria Kazimierz (Kraków) and Galeria Jurajska (Częstochowa). Other projects outside Poland include Avenue Mall in Zagreb and Galerie Harfa in Prague.
