Coconut Grove-based Grass River Property has named Alex Schreer as its first Director of Marketing. Schreer will oversee the marketing and branding of The Shops at Sunset Place and CocoWalk. Grass River bought retail centers in a partnership with Federal Realty Investment Trust and The Comras Company for a combined $200 million in 2015. Schreer has 25 years of experience leading communications campaigns in South Florida with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate, retail and food and beverage.
