LIV Development acquires Jacksonville land for 260 unit resi scheme

Portiva Residences, a subsidiary of LIV Development, has picked up a 7.3 acre tract of land in Jacksonville for $3.5 million. The company plans to build a 260 unit apartment complex on the site near the corner of Salisbury Road and A.C. Skinner Parkway. The seller, Rimrock Devlin Development, bought the property earlier this year for $2 million. Liv Development has secured a $24.7 million mortgage from the Trustmark National Bank for the project.
