In a transaction worth €92m, CBRE Global Investors has acquired the Jantar shopping center in Slupsk for one of its separate account clients from Tristan Capital Partners. The price represents a yield of 7.1 percent. CBRE Global Investors was advised by Linklaters, Savills and CBRE Building Consultancy, while Tristan Capital Partners, was advised Cushman & Wakefield and Dentons. Located in the northern part of Słupsk, the regional retail center offers a total of 44,364 sqm.

The Jantar shopping center was one of six retail investments in Tristan’s Polish regional portfolio along with the others being Centrum Handlowe Borek, Centrum Handlowe Dąbrówka, Park Handlowy Zakopianka, Centrum Handlowe Turzyn, Park Handlowy Arena.
