The online retailer Yulmart is seeking financing for the the construction of 12 logistics centers in various regions around Russia. The construction of the new buildings is expected to last until 2021 with a total area of 390,000 sqm, with the company estimating the volume of the investment needed to be RUB 19.5bn. The company currently operates 443 order fulfillment centers in 54 cities across Russia.The total area occupied by Yulmart is currently 150,000 sqm, most of which is leased, but the company intends to more than double its footprint in 2016 to 360,000 sqm.
