A Blackstone affiliate has picked up a Costco-anchored shopping center in Royal Palm Beach. Located at 11001 Southern Blvd., the $78.5 million purchase includes all of the out-parcel buildings. The 343,009 sqf Centre on Southern, traded for just under $229 per sqf. The center’s national tenants include HomeGoods, Marshalls, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Carraba’s Italian Grill, GameStop, and SportClips. The deal was secured with a $66.7 million mortgage provided by U.S. Bank.
