A 15,000 sqm Carrefour supermarket, opened on a franchise basis by the Marinopoulos Group subsidiary CMB Bulgaria, has been put on sale. The price being requested is €16.5m.
The hypermarket is the largest in Sofia and was opened six years ago. An additional 32,252 sqm parking lot is included in the deal.
The tender will be closed on May 9 and a €3.2m deposit is necessary for submitting an offer.
