The Iulius Group has signed an agreement with the the Italian cosmetics retailer PUPA Milano to open stores in Iulius Mall Timişoara and in Palas Mall Iaşi. The store in Iulius Mall Timişoara opens today, while the Palas Mall outlet will open over the summer.
Iulius Mall Timişoara is part of a mixed-use urban ensemble called Openville, which includes seven class A office buildings, over 450 stores, restaurants and themed cafes, 15 multiplex movie theaters and other entertainment area. Opened in May 2012, Palas Iaşi urban ensemble includes over 200 stores, six class A office buildings, event halls, a 4-star hotel and a 50,000 sqm park.
