Baumax Bulgaria plans to acquire Landmark Retail Park Plovdiv, where it is currently a key tenant. The DIY retailer filed for regulatory approval last week. The Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Competition said it will deliver an answer within seven days.
The Landmark Retail Park Plovdiv covers 42,645 sqm of land. The property includes a 7,616 sqm warehouse, a 4,058 sqm drive-in area and a 1,659 sqm garden center for Baumax.
