Auchan will open two Our Rainbow hypermarkets in the Belgorod region of Russia. Both stores will be opened in the vicinity of new Sputnik shopping centers currently under construction in Gubkin and in Stary Oskol. The approximate date for the opening of the 4,000 sqm hypermarkets is May and September 2016, respectively.
The Sputnik shopping center in Stary Oskol area offers tenants more than 26,000 sqm. Its opening is planned for the third quarter of 2016. In the city of Gubkin, the planned Sputnik center has more than 21,400 sqm of retail space for rent. It is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2016.
