OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has been appointed as Construction Manager for the new retail development for NEPI in Piatra Neamt. The project with a targeted 37,000 square metres of GBA and located on the west part of the city, on territory of 7,4 ha will include a Hypermarket, Retail Mall and Gallery Shops, Cinema Complex and Fast Food area.
In addition to Construction Management services, OPTIM PM is also assigned by the client to provide Design Management, Cost, Procurement & Construction Management, Tenant Management and Coordination, Health & Safety coordination, Diriginte de Santier Services.
The delivery is estimated to be Phase 1 Q4 2016 and phase 2 Q1 2017.
This is the 30th retail project in Optim’s portfolio of more than 65 projects delivered since the creation of the company in 2009.
Currently OPTIM PM is involved in the construction of some of the most important retail projects in Romania: Parklake, Veranda Shop & Stay Obor, Timisoara Shopping City, extension of City Park Lake Constanta, refurbishment of Fortuna Mall Severin. Optim is also managing the on-going construction of the most well-known office developments in Bucharest: Orhideea Towers, Oregon Park, Victoriei Office Building and Anchor Plaza Metropol.
