H&M to introduce COS brand Romania in 2016

H&M Romania recorded 40 percent growth in its 2015 financial year (Dec. 1 2014 to Nov. 30, 2015) with revenues of €193.4m. A company statement revealed that it plans to expand rapidly in the coming months and year and to introduce its COS brand to the Romanian market.

“Brands like COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and & Other Stories are going to continue to expand at the same pace as in 2015. Expansion will focus mainly on COS, which will open the most stores in markets where it is already present but it will open stores in five new markets too: the Czech Republic, Romania, Latvia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia,” wrote the company.

H&M Romania opened four new Romanian stores in its most recent fiscal year and currently operates a network of 42 units nationwide.
