Wallis Group took over the Hungarian hardware store chain Praktiker. Market sources claim that the buyers agreed to operate Praktiker as a joint company, in which Wallis Group will be the majority owner. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price. The Hungarian branch of Dentons advised during the process of transaction. According to Dentons, the transaction has secured more than 1,100 jobs in 19 Praktiker stores in Hungary.
