Hines, the US based real estate company, has bought five retail units located at Gran Via 44 in Madrid from Grupo Baraka. According to market information, the buying price was €40m. The locations offer a surface area of 900 sqm spread over three floors. The investment has just been leased to the US hamburger chain Five Guys, which is planning to open its first restaurant in Spain there.
