Activum SG Capital acquired the Zubiarte shopping center in Bilbao from Sierra and CBRE Global Investors for €30m. Completed in 2014, the property offers 61,000 sqm of space in five buildings, connected by walkways made to look like shopping streets. Activum is actively strengthening its Spanish portfolio. The company recently purchased the Heron City shopping center in Barcelona as well as the former Mercado de Fuencarral in Madrid.
