NSN Investment buys 50 percent of Technomarket Bulgaria

7 January 2016

NSN Investment, a company owned by businessman Delyan Peevski, submitted a request to Bulgaria’s Commission for Protection of Competition to acquire a 50 percent stake in electronics retailer Technomarket Bulgaria. The competition regulator will announce its decision in the coming weeks.

Small shareholders in the company denied having sold their stake, so it’s expected that it was the businessman Edoardo Miroglio who sold the company shares. Technomarket’s network includes over 60 stores throughout Bulgaria and 15 in Croatia.
