Sistema Capital Partners acquired a German high-street retail portfolio for €125m. The package covers 56,300 sqm of space and is leased to retailers like Rewe, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Rossmann and Saturn. The properties are located in mid-sized German cities, including Bremen, Gotha, Flensburg, Celle and Merseburg.
