Holland Immo Group is planning to sell 20 inner-city shopping malls and specialty retail centers in Germany to UBS Deutschland for €132m. The majority of properties are located in Berlin and the western part of the country. Holland acquired the properties between 2010 and 2012, according to market sources, and was managing them for a German pension fund.
