Greenwood Miami has acquired a plot of land across the street from the All Aboard Florida’s MiamiCentral project for $6.3 million. The 22,500 square foot site includes plots at 201 Northwest 1st Ave, 95 Northwest 2nd Street, and 57 Northwest 2nd Street. The property is located on the same block where the Miami Parking Authority approved the 33-story Grand Station residential tower last month. According to a company representative, the new owner is open to a joint venture or sale.
