CBRE is expanding its integrated services offer for retail and industrial. Petr Brabec was named head of retail at CBRE, responsible for integrating leasing services, asset services and retail property investment, while Michal Bezděka will oversee the consultancy’s industrial team. Brabec has been CBRE’s asset services retail director since 2013. He has wide knowledge of the CE property market, with experience in running shopping centers and asset services. He gained experience of the local legal system while working at ING Real Estate Investment Management. Bezděka has worked as a senior industrial agent at CBRE since 2011 and was promoted head of the industrial agency in 2014. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked as a project manager for strategic projects at CzechInvest in Prague.
