A new study by Colliers and Gfk has found that H&M is the favorite fashion brand among shoppers in Sophia. It was followed by Adidas and Zara, according to a survey of 700 consumers, 85 stores and 17 shopping center owners.
According to consumers, a mall is convenient if it is in a central location (80 percent), has a variety of brands (68 percent) and a cinema (66 percent). Colliers writes that shopping centers need to focus on marketing activities, advertising and offering a good mix of services, and that being near a metro station is key. A strong commercial presence and mix of major fashion brands is also an advantage.
