Meridian Senior Living has purchased a nearly 5.9 acre plot of land in south Sarasota County, on the border of Charlotte County, for $900,000. Purchased from rom Jaiguru Properties, the acquisition paves the way in the future for a multifamily development on the site. Ashley Bloom and Ron Ziegler of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the seller Jaiguru in the transaction.
“We’re continuing to experience growing interest and activity in the area that encompasses south Sarasota County into Charlotte County,” Bloom says in the statement. “We see this as the next hot growth opportunity for Southwest Florida.”
