Part of Poznań City Center was closed over weekend, after ruptured pipes flooded the top floors of the mall, according to local media reports. This is the second time Poznań’s biggest retail mall has to closed. Last year, an 800 sqm part of the roof collapsed.
The 58,000 sqm Poznań City Center opened last year. Europa Capital, on behalf of Europa Fund III, together with its joint-venture partner TriGranit Development Corporation sold the project to the PE Australian fund Resolution Property.
