Mondelez Romania convened the company’s shareholders on December 21 to approve the sale for euro2.1 m excluding VAT, of the former Poiana factory.
The building, located in Brasov, includes buildings and land in a total area of 13.208 sqm.
Mondelez Romania sold another factory in Brasov to Lidl, only a year ago.
Mondelez Romania, former Kraft Foods Romania, entered the Romanian market in 1994.
