Marea Retails, a Miami-based company managed by Americo D’Agostini and Domenico Albano have acquired the ground floor retail space of the newly completed Marea condominium on Miami Beach for $19.11 million. The six-story building on Pointe Drive, has a total of 19,100 square feet of retail that traded for $1,001 per square foot. The seller and the developer of the 30 unit condominium was Miami-based Related Group. The commercial units are not currently occupied but they’re expected to be leased to high-end retailers and restaurants.
