A year after being acquired by ING, the Moraleja Green shopping center in Madrid is changing hands again. The Dutch bank, which purchased the property for €68m through one of its real estate funds, sold the shopping center to the US fund Kennedy Wilson. The property is valued between €70m and €75m. Cushman & Wakefield and Dentons advised the buyer, while Deloitte and DLA Piper acted on behalf of the seller. Moraleja Green offers 29,600 of retail space. Tenants include the supermarket chain Sánchez Romero, Zara, Massimo Dutti and H&M.
