Multi has opened Forum Poprad, its first shopping mall in Slovakia. The center is located near the Poprad city center and offers 22,000 sqm of retail and leisure, three levels of underground parking for 420 cars and a terrace on the upper level with a view of the High Tatras. The shopping center replaces the long-abandoned Prior department store. Multi developed and owns Forum Poprad in a joint venture with Gemo Holding. The center was 98 percent leased at opening with a mix of 100 brands, including Tesco supermarket, H&M, C&A, Lindex, New Yorker, five LPP brands, Intersport and A3 Sport. There will also be an assortment of restaurants and cafés and a 1,000 sqm Golem fitness.
