Bay Harbor Islands-based Atlantic Pacific Cos. has purchased a vacant lot that straddles Lauderdale lake and Tamarac lake from the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. The currently vacant 24.2-acre site, which the buyer acquired for $12.33 million, is located along N. State Road 7. According to city documents, the site, currently dubbed The Atlantic, was recently rezoned for 425 garden apartments and 175 mid-rise units.
