RD Management has purchased the Merchants Crossing shopping center in North Fort Myers for $20.5 million. Built in 1993 and renovated in 2006, the 323,061-square-foot center is located on 73.2 acres on North Cleveland Avenue (US 41). The retail center is anchored by national tenants Sears, AMC Theatres, Bealls Outlet, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft and Dollar General, and shadow-anchored by The Home Depot and Bealls. HFF arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Noble Properties.
