Oáza Kladno bought by private Chinese investor

A private Chinese investor bought Oáza Kladno, the first shopping center built in the Central Bohemian city, from Česká spořitelna’s CPDP fund. The price of the deal and the name of the buyer were not disclosed. Zdenka Klapalová, CEO of Knight Frank, who represented the seller, told the server e15 that the new owner plans to redesign the center and improve the quality of services. The Chinese investor was represented by Kardelo Group, owned by Lubor Stehlík, the former business diplomat in China and PPF manager. The buyer reportedly also plans to invest in agriculture and pharmacy.
