OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has been appointed by Veranda Obor as Project Manager to deliver Veranda Shop & Stay Obor, which will be completed in Q4 2016 after an investment of EUR 60 million.
The retail project will have a built area of 67,000 sqm and will offer 25,000 sqm of leasable space on two levels. Veranda shopping center will provide its client with over 100 shops, a Carrefour hypermarket, a food court area, 15,000 sqm of green areas and over 1,200 parking places.
The development is located on the former platform of Prodplast factory, near Obor Market, on Ziduri Mosi Street.
