Nova Real Estate acquired real estate portfolio from Bluehouse Capital. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The portfolio includes three shopping centers in Jablonec nad Nisou, Hradec Králové and Znojmo. The key long-term tenant at all the three properties is Ahold, which recently took over InterSpar. Colliers International, Kinstellar and ASB Accounting advised Nova Real Estate, while Bluehouse Capital was represented by JLL and CMS Cameron McKenna.
The newly established Czech real estate fund Nova Real Estate is managed by the investment company Redside, which was founded by ASB Group and Arca Capital in 2012. In addition to the real estate fund, Redside’s portfolio also includes qualified investor funds focused on private equity and renewable energy sources.
